Philips has a line of organic LEDs called lumiblades up on their site.
It’s a cuttable material that uniformly emits light. It’s just dying for people to make some amazing jewelry and art installations out of it. It’s also wicked expensive–about $400 for a piece. Still, I want to get my hands on some and play with it. I wonder if it’s laser cuttable.
