My return to the Hunter-Gatherer way of Life
Or, eating in Boston for 1 month, for free
Too many people nowadays take food for granted. If we want food, we can just go into our kitchen, grab a packet of ramen or easymac, and microwave it, or we could go to a restaurant and shell out a few bucks. This kind of decadent behaviour has made us soft and weak as a people. We need to return to the hunter-grather lifestyle of our ancestors. By introducing uncertainty into our lives with something as fundamental as eating, it forces us to improvise and to live with a constantly changing daily routine that depends on circumstances out of our control.
I'm going for 1 month, starting 9/19/05 without paying any money for food. e interesting things to spend money on than food. I'm going to get food by any way possible, and document it on this page. I am essentially the only caveman currently living in the greater boston area.
